• Bounding boxes and variations in text alignment are optional.
• Indicia versions in each column are treated identically by the USPS.
  
• USPS recommends using a sans-serif typeface with a size at least 6 points.

IMPORTANT!

• Please be sure you have selected the correct indicia for your particular needs and check with your Point To Point Account Manager for confirmation.
• While there is no charge for the use of our permits when we are processing a mailing, these permits are for the exclusive use on materials processed by Point To Point, and should not be printed on any materials that will not be processed by us. The USPS will not accept mail prepared using these permits, unless submitted by Point To Point.
  
• Materials imprinted with a permit indicia CANNOT be mailed as a single piece without covering the indicia with a postage stamp or metered label at the then-current single-piece First-Class rate. Postage has NOT been prepaid unless a mailing has been processed using bulk mail criteria, regardless of rate class.
