the information necessary to produce a unique barcode on
each piece of your mail
- remove duplicates
- update the addresses of those who have moved
using the USPS
National Change of Address database
- presort your
mail for the maximum discounts allowed
- format your information
to comply with USPS rules
Point to Point accepts a wide variety of database formats, including:
- Excel
- Comma delimited (or separated)
- Tab delimited (or separated)
- DBF/dBase/Foxbase
- Filemaker Pro
- ASCII or plain text
